Juergen Lindemann

Juergen Lindemann has extensive experience in the fields of corporate law, M&A and antitrust law. He has successfully handled numerous large transactions and gained an outstanding reputation.

Due to his long standing antitrust practice as head of the antritrust law group of the central legal department of Siemens AG, his service in antitrust committees (e.g. as long-lasting vice chair of the competition committee of the Federal Trade Association of the German Industry – BDI - and as board member of the Research Institute for Economy and Competition – FIW) and his authorship for two renowned commentaries, Juergen Lindemann has excellent and valuable contacts with antitrust authorities in Germany, Europe and further abroad.

Juergen Lindemann is a founding partner of LMR.

He counsels in German and European merger control proceedings as well as in proceedings of antitrust authorities involving sanctions and all other antitrust matters.

Juergen Lindemann is a member of the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law.
