Dr. Rudolf Falter

Rudolf Falter counsels in corporate law, especially law of stock corporations as well as national and international M&A transactions.

He has extensive experience in M&A transactions and corporate matters out of his former functions as CFO of two big publicly held stock corporations and as member of various supervisory boards.

Since Rudolf Falter is also qualified as certified tax consultant, he can also take care of all tax aspects of the projects he counsels on.

Rudolf Falter counsels several pension funds and is member of the board of a big charitable fund. Therefore, he also has in depth experience in legal matters of insurance control and charitable funds, including their special tax aspects.

Rudolf Falter regularly publishes in tax publications and is a member of several professional associations.
